When we have distance session, discussions ar of a very strong intensity. There is no loss in the richness of our exchanges; they are totally focused on the words and their 'songs'. That is the way I call everything which is not the word itself, but what gives its associated meanings: breath, rythme, intonation, laughter, sighs, stuttering, sniffs, caughs .... With this medium, there is no more social requirements. From this simple fact, my client and myself can keep all our concentration and our energy on the heart of our exchange. Social demands: everything that goes through the external appearance of the body, clothing In addition, the customer can call from home, a place where they feel safe, comfortable and cozy. Again, this can be very efficient and sometimes speed up the thinking process. Liberating. No travel = time and money saved as well (petrol, train tickets, bus ...) Telephone sessions have a very interesting intrinsic value; It actually happened that I begun a coaching process with face to face sessions and continue by phone or Skype! You choose what suits you best.
