How is a life coaching session organised? A session can be face to face or via the telephone, it is your choice. It lasts 45 minutes. You talk, I listen, I ask you questions which will push you to consider your options and move out of your comfort zone. You will plan actions that you agree to undertake. Don't forget that if you are struggling with your budget my "coaching & Solidarity option might be a solution for you; The average length of a life coaching process is about 3 to 5 months, with one session every week. This rhythm can vary depending on the needs of the client. Sessions can be suspended if the client wishes. Does it always work? One thing is for sure: your commitment will make a major difference. Remember that life coaching is an active process. At the end of each session there will be a time for evaluating the results and your satisfaction. If you feel dissatisfied, we will discuss the possibility of the refund of the current monthly fees. Are you qualified? Yes I am a qualified life coach. I am trained as a social worker and as such I am used to dealing with people's explicit and implicit demands and the necessary confidentiality. What is the difference between therapy and the coaching process ? Those two approaches are linked; but their aims and techniques are different. A psychotherapist works with the past of the client. This is helpful where the client is suffering in their current life, psychologically and / or physically. A life coach works with the current and the future life of the client. The client does not suffer from major problems and is able to imagine their future, even if making a change may present a problem.
